Client Requirements

As IT support providers for R J Francis Ltd, we were called upon to integrate 5 new staff members and their existing PCs and company data in to the R J Francis domain. 

What We Did

In advance of the planned move, we arranged a site visit to the existing Bonelle & Co offices, to evaluate their computer systems and to formulate a plan for transitioning them to R J Francis offices.

Following the site survey at Bonelle & Co, we replaced one of their PCs and prepared their other computers by installing the company’s endpoint security and preparing the data for the move to the R J Francis domain. We transferred all Bonelle & Co company data, successfully decommissioning their NAS once completed. We also changed their existing software licensing to R J Francis & Co and created new Exchange mail accounts for each user (forwarding old accounts where required). We worked well with Bonelle & Co’s IT provider who decommissioned their previous services.

Conclusion

Following the acquisition and integration of Bonelle & Co employees, R J Francis now have a large team of professionals who we are delighted to provide ongoing support for.
